Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 trend maps across tech, policy, and human behavior domains
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact deliverables: white papers, executive briefs, and strategic prototypes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy experts
- Quantify emerging market opportunities using predictive analytics and foresight modeling
- Advocate ethical innovation frameworks for next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation abilities
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications (HBR, WIRED, etc.)
- Mastery of foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and causal layered analysis
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
