- Partner with C-suite to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Curate thought leadership content and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services (2018-2023 portfolio)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Technology Readiness Levels)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
