Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce quarterly trend briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with future market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiatives' impact on long-term competitive positioning
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies with proven ability to map adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-LE, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic roadmap implementation
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-level decisions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
