- Design and maintain a 'Future Radar' ecosystem scanning horizon technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot initiatives targeting 2026 breakthrough capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proofing frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex future scenarios into compelling executive narratives
