Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFM, CPS) highly valued
