Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum AI, biocomputing, and decentralized systems
- Author quarterly 'State of 2026' strategic briefs for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and EU Quantum Flagship initiatives
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Present disruption scenarios to Fortune 100 clients and government agencies
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our '2026 Visionaries' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning success
- Published work on AI ethics, quantum adoption curves, or climate tech disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi Method)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
