Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive innovation opportunities
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global think tanks
- Translate complex technological forecasts into actionable business initiatives
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders including investors, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
