You'll collaborate with C-suite executives and R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable strategies, ensuring our leadership position in the 2026 innovation landscape.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize stakeholder input into future vision
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development cycles
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience translating foresight into business strategy implementation
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures concepts
