Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and societal shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks to capitalize on emerging opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive leadership to align future vision
- Produce high-impact scenario plans and trend reports for board-level decision-making
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and technological disruptions that could impact our 2026 trajectory
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in futurism, innovation strategy, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend mapping
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
