Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for business adaptation and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Design and launch experimental innovation programs to test future-facing concepts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing features and capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D innovation, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
