Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and sociological patterns to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future scenarios
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof principles into development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical and market signals affecting technology adoption timelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major tech platforms
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
