Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to preempt market disruptions and capture first-mover advantages
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models published in industry journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026's most pressing challenges
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation scouts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic frameworks for 2025+ scenarios
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
