- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite on future-proofing initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier industry journals
- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, space tech)
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Represent Horizon at Davos, CES, and exclusive futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published portfolio of trend analysis and scenario planning work
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
