- Produce quarterly 'Future State Briefings' for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets in frontier technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness maturity
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology vectors (AGI, quantum, biotech convergence)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
