Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on post-2026 market disruptions
- Author quarterly 'Future Horizons' reports distributed to C-suite executives globally
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for organizations navigating technological singularity
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Present findings at Davos-level summits and industry-defining conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of implementing future-proofing strategies in complex organizations
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R and scenario planning software
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred for global stakeholder engagement
