Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for board-level strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present findings to executive stakeholders at quarterly strategy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of trend analysis with published thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of 3+ future-strategy projects with measurable impact
