- Design scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 market disruptions
- Lead quarterly 'Future Forward' workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce annual '2026 Vision Report' with predictive analytics and strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market needs
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning at enterprise level
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
