- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level stakeholders
- Build predictive models for technology adoption and societal impact
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon as a 2026 thought leader
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (white papers, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience building scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating visionary concepts
