Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 partners
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive forces in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of publishing forward-looking research (white papers, journals)
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
