As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to identify paradigm-shifting trends. You'll translate complex technological signals into strategic roadmaps that drive competitive advantage and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 5-10 year horizons
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Produce visionary whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused innovation initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting tech evolution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and subject matter experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Global perspective on technology adoption and societal impact
