Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic vision aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof product roadmaps and business models
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven predictions and strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Advise C-suite on long-term investment decisions and risk mitigation strategies
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
