Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating sustainability, ethics, and human-centered design principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and media engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex, interdisciplinary data
- Strong presentation skills for influencing C-level audiences and board members
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
