Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead foresight research initiatives including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and expert interviews
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, reports, keynotes)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in technology, business strategy, or futures studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, SFI) preferred
