Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to quantum/AI convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models and user experiences
- Deliver executive briefings on paradigm shifts in human-machine collaboration
- Design resilience protocols for supply chains and labor markets in automated economies
- Author thought leadership on ethical governance of emerging technologies
- Coordinate cross-functional sprints to validate future scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, AGI ethics, or climate modeling
- Proven track record translating complex futures into executable business plans
- Published research or speaking engagements at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for exponential technologies
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, etc.)
