Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech disruptions (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex data into compelling visual narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Advect the company's product roadmap using future scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, nanotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite executives
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
