Responsibilities
- Map and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for business resilience and growth
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive threats and strategic inflection points
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist and innovation experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio showcasing trend analysis and strategic recommendations
