Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework incorporating technological, economic, and social megatrends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with validated predictions for disruptive technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into organizational DNA
- Design and pilot scenario-planning models for high-uncertainty market conditions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry think tanks
- Mentor a team of junior futurists through structured training programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI pathways)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience in high-growth tech or innovation consulting environment
