Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map technological, societal, and economic shifts through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop predictive models for emerging markets and disruptive innovation vectors
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Establish global networks with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully implemented futuristic strategies
