- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Produce trend reports and white papers on AI, biotech, and quantum computing implications
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals affecting technological adoption
- Build partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with futurism focus
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their market trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling frameworks
