Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to predict 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to stress-test business resilience against future disruptions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and domain experts
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot initiatives with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of successful strategic foresight implementations in tech/innovation roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, patents)
- Experience leading cross-cultural, global teams in matrix organizations
