As a key member of our Future Insights division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure. Your work will directly shape product development, market positioning, and long-term corporate strategy for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum adoption, climate tech integration)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce actionable insights through white papers, trend reports, and executive briefings
- Identify partnership opportunities and investment targets in frontier technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal future-thinking capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategies
