- Lead workshops to foster strategic foresight across global teams
- Author quarterly horizon-scan reports with actionable recommendations
- Identify partnership opportunities in emerging ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership
