Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026

- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for global stakeholders

- Represent the company at industry forums and thought leadership events
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario modeling and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Proven track record of publishing influential future-focused research
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
