Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, bioengineering)
- Create scenario-based risk assessments for market volatility and geopolitical shifts
- Design innovation pipelines aligned with 5-10 year technological convergence points
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build proprietary research frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
