Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends through 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive innovation opportunities and accelerate adoption
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and industry presentations
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation strategies for disruptive forces
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts visually
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and trend identification
- Deep understanding of sustainability, climate resilience, and ethical tech frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
- Strong network with futurist communities and innovation thought leaders
