Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework for Horizon Innovations Group
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics) and their societal impacts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology and workforce trends
- Oversee implementation of agile innovation methodologies for long-term planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems across public/private sectors
