- Analyze emerging market trends, geopolitical shifts, and technological disruptions to identify first-mover opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Champion ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies including AGI regulation and neuro-interfaces
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward anticipatory innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact (whitepapers, TED talks)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable plans
