Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging market disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions for enterprise clients
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems through proprietary Horizon Intelligence Platform
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar (e.g., CFCS) required
