- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons using AI-driven forecasting tools
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce forward-looking reports and roadmaps for C-suite and board presentations
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof principles into development lifecycles
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) for competitive advantage
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or strategic foresight projects
