- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proof strategies
- Produce executive briefings on metaverse economics, quantum computing applications, and biotech breakthroughs
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational resilience against future volatility
- Build an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Portfolio of published future scenario analyses or white papers
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
