Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating AI integration, climate adaptation, and digital transformation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership positioning clients as industry pioneers
- Design immersive foresight workshops that equip teams with anticipatory decision-making capabilities
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals influencing global markets through 2030
- Champion ethical innovation practices ensuring sustainable and inclusive future outcomes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling abilities translating complex future scenarios into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and cross-functional strategic alignment
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or other recognized institutions)
