Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present future outlook reports to stakeholders and investment committees
- Drive organizational change management for emerging technology adoption
- Monitor horizon scanning metrics and adjust strategy frameworks dynamically
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with strategic roadmapping frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Certification in Futures Studies or related discipline preferred
