Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting and scaling next-generation innovations (AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate 2026-ready solutions for climate resilience, human augmentation, and decentralized systems
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging startups
- Champion ethical innovation principles while navigating complex regulatory landscapes
- Mentor teams in foresight methodologies and future-proofing operational strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or whitepapers
- Experience with cross-cultural futures analysis in global markets
