- Mentor junior strategists in scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business plans
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with federal tech policy advisory roles preferred
