- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and predictive analysis for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and impact assessments to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices across departments
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing methodologies and disruptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized futuristic solutions
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Technology Foresight, or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
