- Strong analytical skills with data-driven scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
