Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing scalable innovation frameworks for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for technology adoption curve acceleration
- Architect integrated systems combining AI, quantum computing, and biotech applications
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-generation research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years applied research
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Proficiency in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network connections with venture capital and Fortune 500 innovation teams
