Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Design ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Visionaries' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on 2030+ tech implications
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
