Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate resilience systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in rapid prototyping cycles
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation ecosystems
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Monitor emerging technological paradigms and regulatory landscapes
- Drive patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or renewable energy
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals or conferences
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government grants
- Fluency in futures methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
