Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching cutting-edge digital products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess market viability
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation initiatives to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for resource allocation
- Mentor a high-performing innovation lab team and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future trends (2026+ focus)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience building and scaling high-performing innovation teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Certification in innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup) a plus
